We want you to feel confident knowing that all of our products and service parts are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and thoroughly tested before you receive them. In the unlikely event that you should need to return a repaired handpiece under warranty, please read the following information regarding returns.

TERMS OF SALEAt Handpiece Solutions, we do our best to maintain our everyday low prices. Necessary adjustments may be made, however, per manufacturers' price increases.
PAYMENT OPTIONSWe accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, wire transfer, or money order. We also offer an open account billing once the credit is established. All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date, and past unpaid invoices are subject to a late charge of 1.5%. All orders outside the U.S. must be paid with a valid credit card before shipment. Non-sufficient fund checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.
SHIPPING & HANDLINGAll orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground for a nominal fee of $15.00 for merchandise up to 5 lbs. unless otherwise specified by the customer. Insurance may be purchased for an additional cost. We are not responsible for uninsured products or repaired handpieces lost or damaged in transit.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and CanadaAll orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other countries will be shipped via air freight and are subject to additional shipping charges. We cannot ship liquids or hazardous materials to these areas.
EXPEDITED SERVICEFor your convenience, next-day air delivery is available upon request. This excludes any hazardous materials or specific products that strictly require a ground shipment. Additional charges apply.
SPECIAL ORDERFor products that are not in stock, we may order them for you, subject to manufacturer availability and nominal handling fees. Special order items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.
Caution: Handpieces are not returnable once the seal is broken or used. Be sure you are ordering correctly!
Personal information relating to you and your order history is only available if you provide the correct password you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information through my account page.
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register. If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile.
Sharing Personal Information Any personal information you provide us on our website when you register or update an account, enter a contest or promotion, shop online, or request information (i.e., name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems.
Handpiece Solutions, Inc. will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
All handpiecesolutions.com orders will be accepted and fully processed, and shipped from the United States. All information you provide will be securely maintained in our Web server and internal systems located within the United States. You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request, or court order or based on our good-faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, recommendation, or court order or to protect the users of our website or the public.
Private Customer information Credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc., will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Receiving email promotions If you give us your email address either on the home page or when you register, order, or enter a contest, we will send you emails about promotions. To remove yourself from our email list, please send us an email @ email@example.com.
To Change address/email information Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following: Enter the phrase "address change" in the subject of the email, Include your name, complete old postal address and the new address that you would like to change it to.

Persisted Information Name and address information for orders shipping to destinations other than "my billing" and "my shipping" is persisted (retained in our memory) for a limited time. This makes it easy so that you don't have to enter information twice.
If you would like to clear all persisted information, you can do so at the end of placing your order. We recommend doing this if you are using a public computer. If you are a registered user, your information will be saved with us but will no longer be accessible in your current session.
