Repair Warranty Policy

At Handpiece Solutions, Inc., we stand behind our work 100% and we want you to feel confident knowing that all of our products and service parts are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and thoroughly tested prior to your receiving them. In the unlikely event that you should need to return a repaired handpiece under warranty, please read the following information regarding returns.


  • Warranty claims must be returned to Handpiece Solutions, Inc. for a complete failure evaluation.
  • Warranty claims may be rejected for misuse or abuse (this includes dropping the handpiece, neglecting maintenance procedures, improper sterilization procedures, repeated and intentional extension of burs and or any other action inconsistent with manufacturer's recommended operating instructions).
  • Warranties must be claimed within the set warranty period for each particular product.
  • A copy of the original invoice and a description of the problem or failure should accompany warranty claims.
  • Products claimed under warranty must have been serviced only by Handpiece Solutions, Inc.


  • Products under warranty will be evaluated and corrected at no charge to the customer providing that the failure was not due to flagrant misuse or abuse.
  • All warranty products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  • All products under warranty will be shipped back to the customer free of charge. This applies only to clients within the United States. International customers shall be charged a nominal fee just for shipping and handling.

At Handpiece Solutions, we do our best to maintain our everyday low prices. Necessary adjustments may be made, however, in accordance with manufacturers' price increases.


We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, wire transfer or money order. We also offer an open account billing once credit is established. All invoices are due within 30 days of the date of invoice, and past due invoices are subject to a late charge of 1.5%. All orders outside of the U.S. must be paid with a valid credit card prior to shipment. Non-sufficient fund checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.


All orders are shipped via UPS ground for a nominal fee of $12.00 for merchandise up to 5 lbs. unless otherwise specified by customer. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. We are not responsible for uninsured products or repaired handpieces lost or damaged in transit.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other countries will be shipped via air freight, and are subject to additional shipping charges. We cannot ship liquids or hazardous materials to these areas.


For your convenience, next day air delivery is available upon request. This excludes any hazardous materials or certain products that strictly require ground shipment. Additional charges apply.


For products that are not in stock, we may order them for you, subject to manufacturer availability and nominal handling fees. Special order items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.


We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order, notify us within 10 business days and must be pre-authorized by Handpiece Solutions, Inc. by calling us at 1-888-488-3885. You may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees plus a 20% re-stocking fee. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications: Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. No returns on special order items. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.). All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use. Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Caution: Handpieces are not returnable once the seal is broken or used. Be sure you are ordering correctly!

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly. Except as otherwise mentioned below, this privacy policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our website. Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create.
