Terms of Sale

At Handpiece Solutions, we do our best to maintain our everyday low prices. Necessary adjustments may be made, however, in accordance with manufacturers' price increases.

Payment Options

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, wire transfer or money order. We also offer an open account billing once credit is established. All invoices are due within 30 days of the date of invoice, and past due invoices are subject to a late charge of 1.5%. All orders outside of the U.S. must be paid with a valid credit card prior to shipment. Non-sufficient fund checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped via DHL ground for a nominal fee of $7.00 for merchandise up to 5 lbs. unless otherwise specified by customer. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. We are not responsible for uninsured products or repaired handpieces lost or damaged in transit.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other countries will be shipped via air freight, and are subject to additional shipping charges. We cannot ship liquids or hazardous materials to these areas.

Expedited Service

For your convenience, next day air delivery is available upon request. This excludes any hazardous materials or certain products that strictly require ground shipment. Additional charges apply.

Special Orders

For products that are not in stock, we may order them for you, subject to manufacturer availability and nominal handling fees. Special order items may not be returned.

Return Policy

If you have ordered an incorrect item, received a defective product, or found a shortage or error in shipment, please report within 7 days of receipt of item/s by calling 1-888-438-3885 for credit (when applicable.) All returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, in good and saleable condition, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with a reason for the return. Returned products must be received within 30 days of purchase for proper credit.

CAUTION:

Please check invoice against product label before opening or breaking the seal on handpieces and other products to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered. Opened or used handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be replaced or repaired according to manufacturer's warranties.
