The premise of this intra oral access is to be able to place the long axis of the bur down the long axis of the tooth and to place the long axis of the bur 90 deg. to any tangent to the tooth. Only Sabra 105 can achieve this.
Use as you would use any standard handpiece, use as you would use any mini handpiece and use as you would use any high torque handpiece.
Traditionally the large head turbine has advantages and disadvantages
Advantages- Higher Torque, smoother, quieter, more concentric cutting, less repair issue due to larger sturdier bearings
Disadvantages- Sometimes difficult to access tight spaces, and limited visibility.
